For checkout access, deletion, duplicate charge, or report retrieval issues, email support@sireniallc.com. Include the report id, Stripe receipt email, and a short description of the problem when possible.
Do not email full Social Security numbers, payroll exports containing worker identifiers, or confidential contract packets unless a secure support process has been arranged.
Support can help with product access and data deletion through a guarded deletion process. Support cannot provide legal advice, approve wage classifications, decide coverage, or certify payroll compliance.
For wage determination coverage, missing classifications, conformance, apprentices, fringe benefits, deductions, or overtime/CWHSSA questions, contact the contracting officer, agency, qualified payroll/compliance advisor, or counsel.
